Allioli (Catalan) is a cold sauce made by garlic and oil.
Garlic sauce ingredients:
- 100 g oil (I usually use 1/2 EVO, 1/2 corn oil)
- 50 ml milk
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1-2 cherry tomatoes, optional
In a stick blender cup, mix all the ingredients, except tomatoes.
Press the button and keep the stick on the bottom until thickens, then, you can move upward.
Add the tomato, blend again.
